Kuniyuki Iwashima 9d797ee2dc Revert "af_unix: Call scm_recv() only after scm_set_cred()."
This reverts commit 3f5f118bb6.

Konrad reported that desktop environment below cannot be reached after
commit 3f5f118bb6 ("af_unix: Call scm_recv() only after scm_set_cred().")

  - postmarketOS (Alpine Linux w/ musl 1.2.4)
  - busybox 1.36.1
  - GNOME 44.1
  - networkmanager 1.42.6
  - openrc 0.47

Regarding to the warning of SO_PASSPIDFD, I'll post another patch to
suppress it by skipping SCM_PIDFD if scm->pid == NULL in scm_pidfd_recv().

README

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
