Zubair Lutfullah Kakakhel 79a9329533 MIPS: xilfpga: Use Xilinx Interrupt Controller 
IRQs from peripherals such as i2c/uart/ethernet come via
the AXI Interrupt controller.

Select it in Kconfig for xilfpga and add the DT node
