Paul Gortmaker	f8e87cb4a1	tty: delete non-required instances of include <linux/init.h> ... None of these files are actually using any __init type directives and hence don't need to include <linux/init.h>. Most are just a left over from __devinit and __cpuinit removal, or simply due to code getting copied from one driver to the next. Greg Kroah-Hartman	ab4382d274	tty: move drivers/serial/ to drivers/tty/serial/ ... The serial drivers are really just tty drivers, so move them to drivers/tty/ to make things a bit neater overall. This is part of the tty/serial driver movement proceedure as proposed by Arnd Bergmann and approved by everyone involved a number of months ago.
