Yong Zhang	a3a9f3b47d	powerpc/irq: Remove IRQF_DISABLED ... Since commit [e58aa3d2: genirq: Run irq handlers with interrupts disabled], We run all interrupt handlers with interrupts disabled and we even check and yell when an interrupt handler returns with interrupts enabled (see commit [b738a50a: genirq: Warn when handler enables interrupts]). So now this flag is a NOOP and can be removed. Stephen Rothwell	b8b572e101	powerpc: Move include files to arch/powerpc/include/asm ... from include/asm-powerpc. This is the result of a mkdir arch/powerpc/include/asm git mv include/asm-powerpc/* arch/powerpc/include/asm Followed by a few documentation/comment fixups and a couple of places where <asm-powepc/...> was being used explicitly. Of the latter only one was outside the arch code and it is a driver only built for powerpc.
