locking documentation
- automount null pointer check fix
- fixes to add support for ParentLeaseKey
- minor cleanup
- smb1/cifs fixes

Currently the calling conventions for ->d_automount() instances have
an odd wart - returned new mount to be attached is expected to have
refcount 2.
That kludge is intended to make sure that mark_mounts_for_expiry() called
before we get around to attaching that new mount to the tree won't decide
to take it out. finish_automount() drops the extra reference after it's
done with attaching mount to the tree - or drops the reference twice in
case of error. ->d_automount() instances have rather counterintuitive
boilerplate in them.
There's a much simpler approach: have mark_mounts_for_expiry() skip the
mounts that are yet to be mounted. And to hell with grabbing/dropping
those extra references. Makes for simpler correctness analysis, at that...

In some cases, when password2 becomes the working password, the
client swaps the two password fields in the root session struct, but
not in the smb3_fs_context struct in cifs_sb. DFS automounts inherit
fs context from their parent mounts. Therefore, they might end up
getting the passwords in the stale order.
The automount should succeed, because the mount function will end up
retrying with the actual password anyway. But to reduce these
unnecessary session setup retries for automounts, we can sync the
parent context's passwords with the root session's passwords before
duplicating it to the child's fs context.

The DFS interlinks point to different DFS namespaces so make sure to
use the correct DFS root server to chase any DFS links under it by
storing the SMB session in dfs_ref_walk structure and then using it on
every referral walk.

When uid, gid and cruid are not specified, we need to dynamically
set them into the filesystem context used for automounting otherwise
they'll end up reusing the values from the parent mount.

There was a wrong assumption that with CONFIG_CIFS_DFS_UPCALL=y there
would always be a dns_resolver key set up so we could unconditionally
upcall to resolve UNC hostname rather than using the value provided by
mount(2).
Only require it when performing automount of junctions within a DFS
share so users that don't have dns_resolver key still can mount their
regular shares with server hostname resolved by mount.cifs(8).

Make namespace.c being built without requiring
CONFIG_CIFS_DFS_UPCALL=y by moving set_dest_addr() to dfs.c and call
it at the beginning of dfs_mount_share() so it can chase the DFS link
starting from the correct server in @ctx->dstaddr.
