edf3c08600 f2fs: fix to avoid changing 'check only' behaior of recovery
The following two 'check only recovery' processes are very dependent on
the return value of f2fs_recover_fsync_data, especially when the return
value is greater than 0.
1. when device has readonly mode, shown as commit
23738e7447 ("f2fs: fix to restrict mount condition on readonly block device")
2. mount optiont NORECOVERY or DISABLE_ROLL_FORWARD is set, shown as commit
6781eabba1 ("f2fs: give -EINVAL for norecovery and rw mount")

However, commit c426d99127 ("f2fs: Check write pointer consistency of open zones")
will change the return value unexpectedly, thereby changing the caller's behavior

This patch let the f2fs_recover_fsync_data return correct value, and not do
f2fs_check_and_fix_write_pointer when the device is read-only.

1015035609 f2fs: fix changing cursegs if recovery fails on zoned device
Fsync data recovery attempts to check and fix write pointer consistency
of cursegs and all other zones. If the write pointers of cursegs are
unaligned, cursegs are changed to new sections.

If recovery fails, zone write pointers are still checked and fixed,
but the latest checkpoint cannot be written back. Additionally, retry-
mount skips recovery and rolls back to reuse the old cursegs whose
zones are already finished. This can lead to unaligned write later.

This patch addresses the issue by leaving writer pointers untouched if
recovery fails. When retry-mount is performed, cursegs and other zones
are checked and fixed after skipping recovery.

21ec682348 f2fs: fix to avoid potential panic during recovery
During recovery, if FAULT_BLOCK is on, it is possible that
f2fs_reserve_new_block() will return -ENOSPC during recovery,
then it may trigger panic.

Also, if fault injection rate is 1 and only FAULT_BLOCK fault
type is on, it may encounter deadloop in loop of block reservation.

- remove bug_on() to avoid panic.
- limit the loop count of block reservation to avoid potential

956fa1ddc1 f2fs: fix to check return value of f2fs_reserve_new_block()
Let's check return value of f2fs_reserve_new_block() in do_recover_data()
rather than letting it fails silently.

Also refactoring check condition on return value of f2fs_reserve_new_block()
as below:
- trigger f2fs_bug_on() only for ENOSPC case;
- use do-while statement to avoid redundant codes;

92901222f8 f2fs update for 6.6-rc1
In this cycle, we don't have a highlighted feature enhancement, but mostly
have fixed issues mainly in two parts: 1) zoned block device, 2) compression
support. For zoned block device, we've tried to improve the power-off recovery
flow as much as possible. For compression, we found some corner cases caused by
wrong compression policy and logics. Other than them, there were some reverts
 and stat corrections.

 Bug fix:
  - use finish zone command when closing a zone
  - check zone type before sending async reset zone command
  - fix to assign compress_level for lz4 correctly
  - fix error path of f2fs_submit_page_read()
  - don't {,de}compress non-full cluster
  - send small discard commands during checkpoint back
  - flush inode if atomic file is aborted
  - correct to account gc/cp stats

And, there are minor bug fixes, avoiding false lockdep warning, and clean-ups.

find_fsync_dnodes() detect the looped node chain by comparing the loop

e1bb7d3d9c f2fs: fix to recover quota data correctly
With -O quota mkfs option, xfstests generic/417 fails due to fsck detects
data corruption on quota inodes.

[ASSERT] (fsck_chk_quota_files:2051) --> Quota file is missing or invalid quota file content found.

The root cause is there is a hole f2fs doesn't hold quota inodes,
so all recovered quota data will be dropped due to SBI_POR_DOING
flag was set.
- f2fs_fill_super
 - f2fs_recover_orphan_inodes
  - f2fs_enable_quota_files
  - f2fs_quota_off_umount
<--- quota inodes were dropped --->
 - f2fs_recover_fsync_data
  - f2fs_enable_quota_files
  - f2fs_quota_off_umount

This patch tries to eliminate the hole by holding quota inodes
during entire recovery flow as below:
- f2fs_fill_super
 - f2fs_recover_quota_begin
 - f2fs_recover_orphan_inodes
 - f2fs_recover_fsync_data
 - f2fs_recover_quota_end

Then, recovered quota data can be persisted after SBI_POR_DOING
is cleared.

fs: port i_{g,u}id_into_vfs{g,u}id() to mnt_idmap
Convert to struct mnt_idmap.
Remove legacy file_mnt_user_ns() and mnt_user_ns().

Last cycle we merged the necessary infrastructure in
256c8aed2b ("fs: introduce dedicated idmap type for mounts").
This is just the conversion to struct mnt_idmap.

Currently we still pass around the plain namespace that was attached to a
mount. This is in general pretty convenient but it makes it easy to
conflate namespaces that are relevant on the filesystem with namespaces
that are relevent on the mount level. Especially for non-vfs developers
without detailed knowledge in this area this can be a potential source for
bugs.

Once the conversion to struct mnt_idmap is done all helpers down to the
really low-level helpers will take a struct mnt_idmap argument instead of
two namespace arguments. This way it becomes impossible to conflate the two
eliminating the possibility of any bugs. All of the vfs and all filesystems
only operate on struct mnt_idmap.
