Currently, per-radio attributes are set on per-phy basis, i.e., all the
radios present in a wiphy will take attributes values sent from user. But
each radio in a wiphy can get different values from userspace based on
its requirement.
To extend support to set per-radio attributes, add support to get radio
index from userspace. Add an NL attribute - NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_RADIO_INDEX,
to get user specified radio index for which attributes should be changed.
Pass this to individual drivers, so that the drivers can use this radio
index to change per-radio attributes when necessary. Currently, per-radio
attributes identified are:

By default, the radio index is set to -1. This means the attribute should
be treated as a global configuration. If the user has not specified any
index, then the radio index passed to individual drivers would be -1. This
would indicate that the attribute applies to all radios in that wiphy.

The skb dequeued from tx_queue is lost when wl1251_ps_elp_wakeup fails
with a -ETIMEDOUT error. Fix that by queueing the skb back to tx_queue.

As commit cbe16f35be ("genirq: Add IRQF_NO_AUTOEN for request_irq/nmi()")
said, the code below is subobtimal. IRQF_NO_AUTOEN flag can be used by
drivers to request_irq(). It prevents the automatic enabling of the
requested interrupt in the same safe way. With that the usage can be
simplified and corrected.

There were several instances of the string "assocat" in the kernel, which
should have been spelled "associat", with the various endings of -ive,
-ed, -ion, and sometimes beginnging with dis-.
Add to the spelling dictionary the corrections so that future instances
will be caught by checkpatch, and fix the instances found.

This driver's initialization functions do not perform any custom code,
except printing messages. Printing messages on modules
loading/unloading is discouraged because it pollutes the dmesg
regardless whether user actually has this device. Core kernel code
already gives tools to investigate whether module was loaded or not.
Drop the printing messages which allows to replace open-coded
module_sdio_driver().

There are still surprisingly many non-chanctx drivers, but in
mac80211 that code is a bit awkward. Simplify this by having
those drivers assign 'emulated' ops, so that the mac80211 code
can be more unified between non-chanctx/chanctx drivers. This
cuts the number of places caring about it by about 15, which
are scattered across - now they're fewer and no longer in the
channel context handling.

strncpy() is deprecated for use on NUL-terminated destination strings
[1] and as such we should prefer more robust and less ambiguous string
interfaces.

mac80211 is fully switching over to the internal TX queue (iTXQ)
implementation. Update all drivers not yet providing the now mandatory
wake_tx_queue() callback.
As an side effect the netdev interfaces of all updated drivers will
switch to the noqueue qdisc.

With introduction of vmap'ed stacks, stack parameters can no
longer be used for DMA and now leads to kernel panic.
It happens at several places for the wl1251 (e.g. when
accessed through SDIO) making it unuseable on e.g. the
OpenPandora.
We solve this by allocating temporary buffers or use wl1251_read32().
Tested on v5.18-rc5 with OpenPandora.

The value returned by an spi driver's remove function is mostly ignored.
(Only an error message is printed if the value is non-zero that the
error is ignored.)
So change the prototype of the remove function to return no value. This
way driver authors are not tempted to assume that passing an error to
the upper layer is a good idea. All drivers are adapted accordingly.
There is no intended change of behaviour, all callbacks were prepared to
return 0 before.

This fix is similar to commit 77c91295ea ("wil6210: specify max. IE
length"). Without the max IE length set, wpa_supplicant cannot operate
using the nl80211 interface.
This patch is a workaround - the number 512 is taken from the wlcore
driver, but note that per Paul Fertser:
there's no correct number because the driver will ignore the data
passed in extra IEs.

The current codebase makes use of the zero-length array language
extension to the C90 standard, but the preferred mechanism to declare
variable-length types such as these ones is a flexible array member[1][2],
introduced in C99:

};
By making use of the mechanism above, we will get a compiler warning
in case the flexible array does not occur last in the structure, which
will help us prevent some kind of undefined behavior bugs from being
inadvertently introduced[3] to the codebase from now on.
Also, notice that, dynamic memory allocations won't be affected by
this change:
"Flexible array members have incomplete type, and so the sizeof operator
may not be applied. As a quirk of the original implementation of
zero-length arrays, sizeof evaluates to zero."[1]
This issue was found with the help of Coccinelle.

We will have the wl1251 defined as a child node of the mmc interface
and can read setup for gpios, interrupts and the ti,use-eeprom
property from there instead of pdata to be provided by pdata-quirks.

When calling debugfs functions, there is no need to ever check the
return value. The function can work or not, but the code logic should
never do something different based on this.

In case there is no valid MAC address kernel generates random one. This
patch propagate this generated MAC address back to NVS data which will be
uploaded to wl1251 chip. So HW would have same MAC address as linux kernel
uses.
This should not change any functionality, but it is better to tell wl1251
correct mac address since beginning of chip usage.

This patch implements parsing MAC address from NVS data which are sent to
wl1251 chip. Calibration NVS data could contain valid MAC address and it
will be used instead of randomly generated one.
This patch also moves code for requesting NVS data from userspace to driver
initialization code to make sure that NVS data will be there at time when
permanent MAC address is needed.
Calibration NVS data for wl1251 are device specific. Every device with
wl1251 chip should have been calibrated in factory and needs to provide own
calibration data.
Default example file wl1251-nvs.bin, found in linux-firmware repository,
contains MAC address 00:00:20:07:03:09. So this MAC address is marked as
invalid as it is not real device specific address, just example one.

Before this patch, driver generated random MAC address every time it was
initialized. After that random MAC address could be overwritten with fixed
one, if provided.
This patch changes order. First it tries to read fixed MAC address and if
it fails then driver generates random MAC address.
