b74947b4f6 wifi: cfg80211/mac80211: Add support to get radio index
Currently, per-radio attributes are set on per-phy basis, i.e., all the
radios present in a wiphy will take attributes values sent from user. But
each radio in a wiphy can get different values from userspace based on
its requirement.

To extend support to set per-radio attributes, add support to get radio
index from userspace. Add an NL attribute - NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_RADIO_INDEX,
to get user specified radio index for which attributes should be changed.
Pass this to individual drivers, so that the drivers can use this radio
index to change per-radio attributes when necessary. Currently, per-radio
attributes identified are:
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_TX_POWER_LEVEL
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_ANTENNA_TX
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_ANTENNA_RX
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_RETRY_SHORT
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_RETRY_LONG
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_FRAG_THRESHOLD
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_RTS_THRESHOLD
NL80211_ATTR_WIPHY_COVERAGE_CLASS
NL80211_ATTR_TXQ_LIMIT
NL80211_ATTR_TXQ_MEMORY_LIMIT
NL80211_ATTR_TXQ_QUANTUM

By default, the radio index is set to -1. This means the attribute should
be treated as a global configuration. If the user has not specified any
index, then the radio index passed to individual drivers would be -1. This
would indicate that the attribute applies to all radios in that wiphy.

589ceda64c wifi: iwlwifi: rename iwl_cfg to iwl_rf_cfg
With all the cleanups now, we can rename the structure to
better indicate the functionality. For older devices this
isn't quite accurate, of course, but it's better to have a
name that reflects future use for maintenance.

Add some kernel-doc while at it.

0d24201f47 wifi: iwlwifi: calib: Refactor iwl_calib_result usage for clarity
In preparation for FORTIFY_SOURCE performing run-time destination buffer
bounds checking for memcpy(), refactor the use of struct iwl_calib_result:

- Have struct iwl_calib_result contain struct iwl_calib_cmd since
functions expect to operate on the "data" flex array in "cmd", which
  follows the "hdr" member.
- Switch argument passing around to use struct iwl_calib_cmd instead of
struct iwl_calib_hdr to prepare functions to see the "data" member.
- Change iwl_calib_set()'s "len" argument to a size_t since it is always
unsigned and is normally receiving the output of sizeof().
- Add an explicit length sanity check in iwl_calib_set().
- Adjust the memcpy() to avoid copying across the now visible composite
  flex array structure.

This avoids the future run-time warning:

memcpy: detected field-spanning write (size 8) of single field "&res->hdr" (size 4)

e5f1cc98cc iwlwifi: allow rate-limited error messages
Sometimes we might want to have an error message for something
related to TX/RX, but if that somehow happens frequently it'll
overwhelm the logs. Add IWL_ERR_LIMIT() to alleviate that by
rate-limiting those messages.

To do this, rework __iwl_err() a bit to have a mode argument
instead of passing yet another (bool) argument to it.

84caa1dd00 iwlwifi: dvm: no need to check return value of debugfs_create functions
When calling debugfs functions, there is no need to ever check the
return value. The function can work or not, but the code logic should
never do something different based on this.

57fbcce37b cfg80211: remove enum ieee80211_band
This enum is already perfectly aliased to enum nl80211_band, and
the only reason for it is that we get IEEE80211_NUM_BANDS out of
it. There's no really good reason to not declare the number of
bands in nl80211 though, so do that and remove the cfg80211 one.
