f2aa00e4f6 net: ipa: add IPA v5.1 and v5.5 to ipa_version_string()
Handle the case for v5.1 and v5.5 instead of returning "0.0".

Also reword the comment below since I don't see any evidence of such a
check happening, and - since 5.5 has been missing - can happen.

884122775e net: ipa: sort all includes
Establish the rule that header files are always included in sorted
(POSIX local) order. Standard and private headers are separated by
a blank line.

Similarly, sort all forward-declarations for structures.

8c044024e6 net: ipa: remove unneeded standard includes
Some IPA header files include one or more other standard header
files despite not directly needing anything defined in the included
files. Remove these unnecessary includes.

0c04328ccf net: ipa: add IPA v5.0 to ipa_version_string()
In the IPA device sysfs directory, the "version" file can be read to
find out what IPA version is implemented. The content of this file
is supplied by ipa_version_string(), which needs to be updated to
properly handle IPA v5.0.

38db82e294 net: ipa: use sysfs_emit() to instead of scnprintf()
Follow the advice of the Documentation/filesystems/sysfs.rst and show()
should only use sysfs_emit() or sysfs_emit_at() when formatting the
value to be returned to user space.

d79e4164d0 net: ipa: add an endpoint device attribute group
Create a new attribute group meant to provide a single place that
defines endpoint IDs that might be needed by user space. Not all
defined endpoints are presented, and only those that are defined
will be made visible.

The new attributes use "extended" device attributes to hold endpoint
IDs, which is a little more compact and efficient. Reimplement the
existing modem endpoint ID attribute files using common code.

2e3cf97f47 net: ipa: introduce sysfs code
Add IPA device attributes to expose information known by the IPA
driver about the hardware and its configuration.

All pointers used to display these attribute values (i.e., IPA
pointer and endpoint pointers) will have been initialized by the
time IPA probe has completed, so they may be safely dereferenced.
