84c47bfc5b net: dsa: microchip: Add KSZ8463 switch support to KSZ DSA driver
KSZ8463 switch is a 3-port switch based from KSZ8863. Its major
difference from other KSZ SPI switches is its register access is not a
simple continual 8-bit transfer with automatic address increase but uses
a byte-enable mechanism specifying 8-bit, 16-bit, or 32-bit access. Its
registers are also defined in 16-bit format because it shares a design
with a MAC controller using 16-bit access. As a result some common
register accesses need to be re-arranged.

This patch adds the basic structure for using KSZ8463. It cannot use the
same regmap table for other KSZ switches as it interprets the 16-bit
value as little-endian and its SPI commands are different.

KSZ8463 uses a byte-enable mechanism to specify 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit
access. The register is first shifted right by 2 then left by 4. Extra
4 bits are added. If the access is 8-bit one of the 4 bits is set. If
the access is 16-bit two of the 4 bits are set. If the access is 32-bit
all 4 bits are set. The SPI command for read or write is then added.

Because of this register transformation separate SPI read and write
functions are provided for KSZ8463.

KSZ8463's internal PHYs use standard PHY register definitions so there is
no need to remap things. However, the hardware has a bug that the high
word and low word of the PHY id are swapped. In addition the port
registers are arranged differently so KSZ8463 has its own mapping for
port registers and PHY registers. Therefore the PORT_CTRL_ADDR macro is
replaced with the get_port_addr helper function.

90b06ac065 net: dsa: microchip: add WoL support for KSZ87xx family
Add WoL support for KSZ87xx family of switches. This code was tested
with a KSZ8794 chip.

Implement ksz_common usage of the new device-tree property
'microchip,pme-active-high'.

Make use of the now generalized ksz_common WoL functions, adding an
additional interrupt register write for KSZ87xx. Add helper functions
to convert from PME (port) read/writes to indirect register
read/writes in the dedicated ksz8795 sources. Add initial
configuration during (port) setup as per KSZ9477.

a1ea57710c net: dsa: microchip: dcb: add special handling for KSZ88X3 family
KSZ88X3 switches have different behavior on different ports:
- It seems to be not possible to disable VLAN PCP classification on port
  2. It means, as soon as mutliqueue support is enabled, frames with
VLAN tag will get PCP prios. This behavior do not affect Port 1 -
it is possible to disable PCP prios.
- DSCP classification is not working on Port 2.

Since there are still usable configuration combinations, I added some
quirks to make sure user will get appropriate error message if not
possible configuration is chosen.

29d1e85f45 net: dsa: microchip: ksz8: add MTU configuration support
Make MTU configurable on KSZ87xx and KSZ88xx series of switches.

Before this patch, pre-configured behavior was different on different
switch series, due to opposite meaning of the same bit:
- KSZ87xx: Reg 4, Bit 1 - if 1, max frame size is 1532; if 0 - 1514
- KSZ88xx: Reg 4, Bit 1 - if 1, max frame size is 1514; if 0 - 1532

Since the code was telling "... SW_LEGAL_PACKET_DISABLE, true)", I
assume, the idea was to set max frame size to 1532.

With this patch, by setting MTU size 1500, both switch series will be
configured to the 1532 frame limit.

This patch was tested on KSZ8873.
