Since commit 88785982a1 ("media: vb2: use lock if wait_prepare/finish
are NULL") it is no longer needed to set the wait_prepare/finish
vb2_ops callbacks as long as the lock field in vb2_queue is set.
Since the vb2_ops_wait_prepare/finish callbacks already rely on that field,
we can safely drop these callbacks.
This simplifies the code and this is a step towards the goal of deleting
these callbacks.

The BLS parameters passed by userspace are specified for named colour
channels (R, Gr, Gb and B), while the hardware registers reference
positions in the 2x2 CFA pattern (A, B, C and D).
The BLS values are swapped based on the CFA pattern when writing to or
reading from registers, using hand-roled switch statements. The logic is
duplicated already, and new code will require similar processing. Move
the swap logic to a shared function, using static data to control the
channels order.

The upcoming CSI receiver split from the ISP to a separate source file
will need to be able to access the list of formats supported by the
driver. Move it out of the ISP's header and into the common header, and
add helper functions for accessing it so that the format list doesn't
need to be stored in the header.

The ISP version is stored in the media_device hw_revision field and
access from there in the driver. Now that we store a pointer to the
match data in the rkisp1_device structure, access the ISP version from
there to make the code clearer and avoid depending on the media_device.

While writel() takes the value and address arguments in that order, most
write functions (including in the regmap API) use the opposite
convention. Having the value first is considered confusing, and often
leads to more difficult to read code compared to the opposite convention
where the write call and the register name often fit on a single line:
rkisp1_write(rkisp1, RKISP1_CIF_THE_REG_NAME,
complicate_calculation + for / the_register
value + goes | here);
Swap the arguments of the rkisp1_write() function, and use the following
semantic patch to update the callers:
@@
expression rkisp1, value, address;
@@
- rkisp1_write(rkisp1, value, address)
+ rkisp1_write(rkisp1, address, value)
This commit also includes a few additional line break cleanups in the
rkisp1_write() calls, but no other manual change.

Later variants of the rkisp1 block use more entries in some arrays:
RKISP1_CIF_ISP_AE_MEAN_MAX 25 -> 81
RKISP1_CIF_ISP_HIST_BIN_N_MAX 16 -> 32
RKISP1_CIF_ISP_GAMMA_OUT_MAX_SAMPLES 17 -> 34
RKISP1_CIF_ISP_HISTOGRAM_WEIGHT_GRIDS_SIZE 25 -> 81
and we can still extend the uapi during the 5.11-rc cycle, so do that
now to be on the safe side.
V10 and V11 only need the smaller sizes, while V12 and V13 needed
the larger sizes.
When adding the bigger sizes make sure, values filled from hardware
values and transmitted to userspace don't leak kernel data by zeroing
them beforehand.
