Add a codec specific for the VP9 decoder to ensure that a non-null
buffer is sent to the firmware during drain. The firmware enforces a
check for VP9 decoder that the number of buffers queued and dequeued on
the output plane should match. When a null buffer is sent, the firmware
does not return a response for it, leading to a count mismatch and an
assertion failure from the firmware.

Extend the decoder driver's supported formats to include HEVC (H.265)
and VP9. This change updates the format enumeration (VIDIOC_ENUM_FMT)

Currently, the stream off process checks the count of buffers in
v4l2_m2m_queues using v4l2_m2m_for_each_src_buf_safe and
v4l2_m2m_for_each_dst_buf_safe APIs. If the count is non-zero, it
returns an error. This check is redundant as the V4L2 framework already
handles buffer management internally.
Remove the unnecessary buffer count check in stream off, simplifying the
process and relying on V4L2's internal mechanisms for buffer management.

Improve the handling of the V4L2_BUF_FLAG_LAST flag in the driver:
- Ensure that the last flag is not sent multiple times.
- Attach the last flag to the first capture buffer returned during
flush, triggered by a sequence change, addressing cases where the
firmware does not set the last flag.

Firmware sends the picture type as NO_SHOW for frames which are not
supposed to be displayed, add handling for the same in driver to drop
them.

Firmware attach DATACORRUPT/DROP buffer flags for the frames which
needs to be dropped, handle it by setting VB2_BUF_STATE_ERROR for these
buffers before calling buf_done.

Firmware sends capture buffers with 0 filled length which are not to be
displayed and should be dropped by client.
To achieve the same, add V4L2_BUF_FLAG_ERROR to such buffers by making
sure:
- These 0 length buffers are not returned as result of flush.
- Its not a buffer with LAST flag enabled which will also have 0 filled
length.

When the resolution changes, the driver internally updates the width and
height, but the client continue to queue buffers with the older
resolution until the last flag is received. This results in a mismatch
when the buffers are prepared, causing failure due to outdated size.
Introduce a check to prevent size validation during buffer preparation
if a resolution reconfiguration is in progress, to handle this.

Currently, two types of flush commands are queued to the firmware,
the first flush queued as part of sequence change, does not wait for a
response, while the second flush queued as part of stop, expects a
completion response before proceeding further.
Due to timing issue, the flush response corresponding to the first
command could arrive after the second flush is issued. This casuses the
driver to incorrectly assume that the second flush has completed,
leading to the premature signaling of flush_completion.
To address this, introduce a counter to track the number of pending
flush responses and signal flush completion only when all expected
responses are received.

A warning reported by smatch indicated a possible null pointer
dereference where one of the arguments to API
"iris_hfi_gen2_handle_system_error" could sometimes be null.
To fix this, add a check to validate that the argument passed is not
null before accessing its members.

The function pointers responsible for setting firmware properties were
never initialized in the instance capability structure, causing it to
remain NULL. As a result, the firmware properties were not being set
correctly.
Fix this by properly assigning the function pointers from the core
capability to the instance capability, ensuring that the properties are
correctly applied to the firmware.

The current check only considers the core error state before allowing
writes to the HFI queues. However, the core can also transition to the
deinit state due to a system error triggered by the response thread.
In such cases, writing to the HFI queues should not be allowed.
Fix this by adding a check for the core deinit state, ensuring that
writes are rejected when core is not in a valid state.

Currently, port check enforces that session property response must
arrive only on the BITSTREAM port. However, firmware can send some
responses on other port as well.
Remove the strict port validation to correctly handle session property
responses from the firmware.

During reconfig, the firmware sends the resolution aligned to 8 bytes.
If the driver sends the same resolution back to the firmware the resolution
will be aligned to 16 bytes not 8.
The alignment mismatch would then subsequently cause the firmware to
send another redundant sequence change event.
Fix this by not setting the resolution property during reconfig.

Update the width, height and buffer size of CAPTURE based on the
resolution set to OUTPUT via VIDIOC_S_FMT. This is required to set the
updated capture resolution to firmware when S_FMT is called only for
OUTPUT.

Validate all internal buffers queued to firmware are released back to
driver on close. This helps ensure buffer lifecycle correctness and aids
in debugging any resporce leaks.

Add support for the SM8650 platform by re-using the SM8550
definitions and using the vpu33 ops.
Move the Sm8650 reset tables that differs in a per-SoC platform
header, that will contain mode SoC specific data when
more codecs are introduced.
The SM8650/vpu33 requires more reset lines, but the H.264
decoder capabilities are identical.

The IRIS acceleration found in the SM8650 platforms uses the vpu33
hardware version, and requires a slighly different reset and power off
sequences in order to properly get out of runtime suspend.

The vpu33 HW is very close to vpu3, and shares most of the
operations, so rename file to vpu3x since we'll handle all vpu3
variants in it.

Introduce an optional controller_rst_tbl use to store reset lines
used to reset part of the controller.
This is necessary for the vpu3 support, when the xo reset line
must be asserted separately from the other reset line
on power off operation.
Factor the iris_init_resets() logic to allow requesting
multiple reset tables.

In order to support the SM8650 iris33 hardware, we need to provide a
specific constoller power off sequences via the vpu_ops callbacks.
Add the callback, and use the current helper for currently supported
platforms.

Build-testing on x86 showed two modules with conflicting "iris.ko"
names after the addition of the qualcomm driver:
error: the following would cause module name conflict:
arch/x86/platform/iris/iris.ko
drivers/media/platform/qcom/iris/iris.ko
Since this a new module, nothing should rely on the name yet, so
rename this one to a more specific "qcom-iris.ko".

handle the V4L2_DEC_CMD_STOP by initiating a drain sequence on the
firmware. Process and decode all OUTPUT buffers, that are queued by the
client, before the VIDIOC_DECODER_CMD() was issued and mark the last
buffer with the V4L2_BUF_FLAG_LAST flag. The decoder is stopped, after
processing the last buffer.
Resume the decoder when one of these operations are issued by the client:
- V4L2_DEC_CMD_START
- pair of VIDIOC_STREAMOFF() and VIDIOC_STREAMON() on the CAPTURE queue
- pair of VIDIOC_STREAMOFF() and VIDIOC_STREAMON() on the OUTPUT queue
Add the handling to resume decoding when client issues
V4L2_DEC_CMD_START to resume decoding after a source change is detected.

The decoder is stopped after it completes the dynamic resolution change
sequence. Handle VIDIOC_STREAMOFF() and VIDIOC_STREAMON() on the CAPTURE
queue to resume the decoding process.

Handle the response sent by the firmware, when a source change is
detected. Read the subscribed parameter to get the changed values. Raise
the source change event to the client and update the instance sub-state.
Mark the last buffer from before the source change with the
V4L2_BUF_FLAG_LAST flag and return to the client.

Implement the vb2 ops for the buf queue. These are the different buffer
attributes:
BUF_ATTR_DEFERRED - buffer queued by the client but not submitted to
firmware.
BUF_ATTR_PENDING_RELEASE - buffers requested to be released from
the firmware.
BUF_ATTR_QUEUED - buffers submitted to the firmware.
BUF_ATTR_DEQUEUED - buffers received from the firmware.
BUF_ATTR_BUFFER_DONE - buffers sent back to vb2.

During the stream on operation, set some mandatory properties on the
firmware to start a session. Set all v4l2 properties, which are set by
the client, on to firmware, which is prepared with the dependency graph.

During the stream on operation, send HFI_CMD_START on the capture and
output planes to start processing on the respective planes.
During the stream off operation, send HFI_CMD_STOP to the firmware,
which is a synchronous command. After the response is received by the
firmware, the session is closed on the firmware.
Introduce different states for the instance and state transitions.
IRIS_INST_INIT - video instance is opened.
IRIS_INST_INPUT_STREAMING - stream on is completed on output plane.
IRIS_INST_OUTPUT_STREAMING - stream on is completed on capture plane.
IRIS_INST_STREAMING - stream on is completed on both output and capture
planes.
IRIS_INST_DEINIT - video instance is closed.
IRIS_INST_ERROR - error state.
