2021b8d51c media: nxp: imx8-isi: Allow num_sources to be greater than num_sink
Allow num_sources (drvdata: num_channels) to be greater than num_sink
(drvdata: num_ports + 1).

ISI support stream multiplexing, such as differentiates multiple cameras
from a single 2-lane MIPI input, or duplicates input stream into multiple
outputs. So num_channels may be greater than num_ports at some platform.

f3bc718228 media: nxp: imx8-isi: Simplify a couple of error messages
The error messages in the mxc_isi_crossbar_enable_streams() and
mxc_isi_crossbar_disable_streams() functions are similar, with a single
word difference between them. The word is moved out of the format string
to a separate dev_err() argument to try and save memory through string
de-duplication. The total savings are however small, as the .data size
reduction is partly offset by a .text size increase, with a total saving
of 8 bytes in total on an ARM64 platforms. They also come at the cost of
making the error message difficult to grep, which outweights the gains.

Simplify the error messages to make them grep-able.

9b71021b2e media: nxp: imx8-isi: Mark all crossbar sink pads as MUST_CONNECT
All the sink pads of the crossbar switch require an active link if
they're part of the pipeline. Mark them with the
MEDIA_PAD_FL_MUST_CONNECT flag to fail pipeline validation if they're
not connected. This allows removing a manual check when translating
streams.

eb2f932100 media: nxp: imx8-isi: Check whether crossbar pad is non-NULL before access
When translating source to sink streams in the crossbar subdev, the
driver tries to locate the remote subdev connected to the sink pad. The
remote pad may be NULL, if userspace tries to enable a stream that ends
at an unconnected crossbar sink. When that occurs, the driver
dereferences the NULL pad, leading to a crash.

Prevent the crash by checking if the pad is NULL before using it, and
return an error if it is.

5755be5f15 media: v4l2-subdev: Rename .init_cfg() operation to .init_state()
The subdev .init_cfg() operation is affected by two issues:

- It has long been extended to initialize a whole v4l2_subdev_state
instead of just a v4l2_subdev_pad_config, but its name has stuck
  around.

- Despite operating on a whole subdev state and not being directly
exposed to the subdev users (either in-kernel or through the userspace
API), .init_cfg() is categorized as a subdev pad operation.

This participates in making the subdev API confusing for new developers.
Fix it by renaming the operation to .init_state(), and make it a subdev
internal operation.

Rename the sub-devices state information access functions, removing
"_stream" from them and replacing "format" by "ffmt". This makes them
shorter and so more convenient to use. No other sets of functions will be
needed to access this information.

cf21f328fc media: nxp: Add i.MX8 ISI driver
The Image Sensing Interface (ISI) combines image processing pipelines
with DMA engines to process and capture frames originating from a
variety of sources. The inputs to the ISI go through Pixel Link
interfaces, and their number and nature is SoC-dependent. They cover
both capture interfaces (MIPI CSI-2 RX, HDMI RX) and memory inputs.
