30d70e1e26 drm/i915/pfit: move ilk and i9xx pfit code to intel_pfit.[ch] 
Group panel fitter code in one place. Rename *_get_pfit_config() to
*_pfit_get_config() while at it.

0f16cd2aad drm/i915/pfit: Extract intel_pfit.c 
The panel fitter code doesn't really have much to do with the
rest of intel_panel.c, so extract it all into its own file.
