9d10de78a3 drm/i915/wcl: C10 phy connected to port A and B
WCL added a c10 phy connected to port B. PTL code is currently
restricting c10 to phy_a only.

PTL doesn't have a PHY connected to PORT B; as such, there will
never be a case where PTL uses PHY B.
WCL uses PORT A and B with the C10 PHY.Reusing the condition
for WCL and extending it for PORT B should not cause any issues
for PTL.

-v2: Reuse and extend PTL condition for WCL (Matt)

bf85319903 drm/i915/display: Allow display PHYs to reset power state
The dedicated display PHYs reset to a power state that blocks S0ix,
increasing idle system power. After a system reset (cold boot,
S3/4/5, warm reset) if a dedicated PHY is not being brought up
shortly, use these steps to move the PHY to the lowest power state
to save power.

1. Follow the PLL Enable Sequence, using any valid frequency such
as DP 1.62 GHz. This brings lanes out of reset and enables the
PLL to allow powerdown to be moved to the Disable state.
2. Follow PLL Disable Sequence. This moves powerdown to the Disable

4b31961a1c drm/i915/display: Calculate crtc clock rate based on PLL parameters
With HDMI monitors we bumped up a case where the crtc clock rate
caused a mismatch on state verification. This was due to
assumption that the SW clock rate from PLL structure would match
the calculated counterpart from HW. This is not necessarily always
the case and therefore we would actually need to recalculate the
clock rate from SW PLL parameters. Then these SW and HW crtc clock
rates can be compared with each other.

The patch recalculates the crtc clock rate for SW state based on
SW PLL parameters and compares the crtc clock rate calculated
from the parameters found from the HW.
