The "clock-latency" property is part of the deprecated opp-v1 binding
and is redundant if the opp-v2 table has equal or larger values in any
"clock-latency-ns". Add any missing "clock-latency-ns" properties and
remove "clock-latency".

Use the new PWM controller binding which now relies on passing all
clock inputs available on the SoC (instead of passing the "wanted"
clock input for a given board).

The A311D on Zero2 needs active cooling and the board includes a header to
connect a simple fan. Add pwm-fan support with basic thermal properties so
the fan runs when connected.
