78e6b545e5 ARM: davinci: remove support for da830
We no longer support any boards with the da830 SoC in mainline linux.
Let's remove all bits and pieces related to it.

8ac942a1fa ARM: davinci: remove unused davinci_cfg_reg_list() declaration
The davinci_cfg_reg_list() has been removed since
commit dec85a9516 ("ARM: davinci: clean up platform support"),
so remove it.

dec85a9516 ARM: davinci: clean up platform support
With the board file support gone, and the platform using
DT only, a lot of the remaining code is no longer referenced
and can be removed.

Technically, the DT file only references DA850, but since that
is very similar to DA830, I'm leaving the latter.

0fdebc5ec2 treewide: Replace GPLv2 boilerplate/reference with SPDX - gpl-2.0_56.RULE (part 1)
Based on the normalized pattern:

this file is licensed under the terms of the gnu general public
license version 2 this program is licensed as is without any warranty
of any kind whether express or implied

extracted by the scancode license scanner the SPDX license identifier

    GPL-2.0-only

has been chosen to replace the boilerplate/reference.

ca31807b85 ARM: davinci: remove include/mach/ subdirectory
The files in include/mach are only used from mach/davinci,
so they are no longer needed in the traditional location.

Move them to arch/arm/mach-davinci/ and drop the logic for
the special include path.

The mach/uncompress.h file is not used at all and can just
be removed.

5b3a05ca91 Davinci: eliminate pinmux offset verbosity
Pinmux registers are sequential, and do not need to be enumerated out as they
currently are. This reduces code volume and keeps things simple.

If some future SoC comes up with a discontiguous register map, PINMUX() can
then be expanded with local token pasting.
