	perf tests lock_contention: Fix shellscript errors
Use quotes around variables to prevent POSIX word expansion, use uppercase for signals(INT, TERM, EXIT) to avoid mixed/lower case naming of signals and replace "==" with "=" as "==" is not supported by POSIX shell.
