riscv: Unconditionnally select KASAN_VMALLOC if KASAN

Browse source 
If KASAN is enabled, VMAP_STACK depends on KASAN_VMALLOC so enable
KASAN_VMALLOC with KASAN so that we can enable VMAP_STACK by default.
