Mihai Parparita 1c0d8f956a Fix tapping on target=_blank links not working in the original story view. 
We need to implement the WKUIDelegate webView:createWebViewWithConfiguration:
forNavigationAction:windowFeature: method to load those requests into the same
WKWebView.

Also cleans some lingering UIWebView references.
