Trying to fix the unread counts ghosting issue by forcing an instant unread count refetch of active/selected feeds. This may work!
Fixing limits.conf to just use integers.

Probably a bit too much in one commit: allowing categories to be specified in interactions and activities calls so the iPad won't get category types it doesn't know how to handle. Also added twitter/facebook buttons to comment share on blurblogs.

Converting replies from original messages to reply ids. Also delaying emails on new replies and reshares so authors can change typos. Also dong a much better job with checking for dupe emails so no dupes ever get sent out.
